Polyurethane injection "Teratec method" for addressing floor tilt, subsidence, step differences, and voids.

If you're troubled by floor tilting, sinking, unevenness, or voids! With construction that doesn't damage the floor, we won't stop operations and will provide an overwhelmingly short construction period!

●What is the Teratech Method... It is a patented method that injects rigid polyurethane foam "Teratech resin" under concrete floors, filling voids beneath the floor with its expansion force and leveling sunken floors. Since it does not damage the floor, there is no need to move shelves or machinery, allowing operations to continue without interruption! ▼Various issues we have resolved 【Tilt】 - Struggling with uneven factory floors. I want to make the concrete floor flat. - The warehouse floor has a gentle slope, causing automatic racks to misalign and malfunction. - The area where machinery is installed has sunk, resulting in tilting of the machinery. 【Settlement】 - The concrete floor is sinking towards the center. - The gymnasium floor at the school is sinking except for the underground beams. - There are depressions on the warehouse floor, raising concerns about product storage and worker safety. 【Step Differences】 - Struggling with floor step differences and tilts. I have repaired it with additional concrete but want a fundamental solution. - There is a step at the entrance of the refrigerated warehouse, making it difficult for forklifts to pass. 【Hollows and Gaps】 - The vibration of the machinery has worsened. I would like you to check for any voids. - There are cracks in the floor where trucks drive. I am concerned about the possibility of voids beneath the floor. - Due to flooding, the soil beneath the floor has been washed away, creating voids.

Filling the voids under the footings" Measures against subsidence include the "TerraTech method.

The continuously sinking stepping board can be stabilized against subsidence with cavity filling.

■TerraTech Method for Suppressing Settlement of Footing Slabs The TerraTech method involves injecting a special polyurethane resin called "TerraTech" into voids that occur beneath footing slabs due to ground subsidence. By utilizing the expansion force of the resin, the voids are filled, the ground is compacted, and the footing slab is lifted. This patented method (Patent No. 4896949) addresses the concentrated loads at the edges of the footing slab caused by the formation of voids, which can accelerate the settlement of the slab and lead to issues such as wobbling. By filling the entire area beneath the footing slab with the TerraTech method, concentrated loads are alleviated, and the load is effectively transmitted to the ground. 【Features】 ◆ Installation of a single footing slab in one day ◆ The injected material is lightweight (about 1/30th the weight of mortar), significantly reducing the risk of ground subsidence due to its own weight ◆ The curing time of the injected material is quick (about 30 seconds), resulting in shorter road closure times and minimal penetration into the ground ◆ Does not use VOCs (volatile organic compounds), making it environmentally friendly and highly safe ◆ Reduces maintenance and repair costs that would otherwise need to be repeated multiple times ● For more details, please download the catalog or feel free to contact us. [Construction Case] Short-term Correction: Certain Food Warehouse Void Filling Work

Upcon construction method using rigid polyurethane foam! Introducing a case where a cavity was corrected in three days.

We would like to introduce a case of "void filling work" conducted at a certain food warehouse in Kanagawa Prefecture. Using the Upcon method, we were able to fill voids that had formed under the floor with polyurethane resin in a short period of time, correcting a maximum void of 270mm (with a construction area of approximately 171m2) in just three days. After the resin filling, we confirmed the filling condition with a CCD camera and filled the injection holes with non-shrink mortar. 【Case Overview】 ■ Construction Area: Approximately 171m2 ■ Maximum Void Size: 270mm ■ Area: A certain food warehouse in Kanagawa Prefecture ■ Construction Period: 3 days *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Permeable Resin Mortar Filling Method (PRMS Method)

This is a method of rubbing high-strength resin mortar into the voids of drainage pavement.

The permeable resin mortar filling method (PRMS method) is a technique that involves mixing a high-performance resin binder with special particle-sized fine aggregates to create a permeable resin mortar mixture, which is then filled into the gaps between the surface aggregates of permeable pavement. This method not only reinforces the surface of permeable pavement and aims to maintain and extend its functionality but also allows for repairs, thereby further enhancing the lifespan of this valuable infrastructure. Additionally, it is expected to achieve a high level of noise reduction.
